An investor story in Mäntsälä: Case Tokmanni

Tokmanni is one of the largest investors in Mäntsälä. Tokmanni's head office and central warehouse came to Mäntsälä in 2008 and now they are expanding their premises. Cooperation with Tokmanni has been versatile and it is a good example of working cooperation between muncipality and company.

The company's expand show that in the discussions during the negotiations, we have succeeded in conveying our desire to commit to a long-term cooperation and the location has been perceived as successful.

Helsinki Ring of Industry made an article that highlights many strengts of Mäntsälä: 

•  "This is the best region for hybrid work".
• "The collaboration between muncipality and Tokmanni has always been close and well-functioning. -- And relations work better than somewhere in the capital region".
• "Commuting works usually against the traffic flow and from here it is easy to travel and move between our two hundred stores."
